What to Expect:Come along and blow away the post-Christmas blues with an afternoon of fun to celebrate the launch of Well-Edu; Ashford's brand spanking new non-profit social enterprise!

That's not all! Keep the children entertained with glitter tattoos, meeting the equine therapy horses, demos by New Groove Creative, movement with the Yoga Man, arts and crafts with Heart Smart Arts and even more!

Join us for the Well-Edu CIC Launch Event for an exciting afternoon filled with opportunities and celebration. The schedule kicks off as soon as doors open; please plan to get here for our 2pm start. As an extra incentive - the first 20 ticket holders to arrive will receive a free goody bag including items such as children's affirmation cards worth more than £15!
This event is the perfect chance to find out about, and get involved in, our plans and strategies to improve wellbeing, education and opportunities for the children and young adults in our area.
Well-Edu believes that we all learn best when having fun and that the key to children's mental health is the adult in the room. We have kept this in mind by putting together an event with the aim of brightening your day and happiness levels with an awesome entertainment schedule alongside short bursts of information sharing activities about the Well-Edu mission and our vision to make waves in local communities and positive changes for children.
Teachers, SLT and Educators: Find out more about our workshops to embed mental health and development strategies into every lesson and classroom. Register your interest to be among the first to be offered one of our limited number of spaces in our affordable teacher communities, including access to resources and therapeutic support for wellbeing.
Parents and Carers: Speak with us about what we can do to help your child to be the best that they can be through our learning and wellbeing services. We will also be opening our waiting list for any upcoming funded tuition and therapy spaces.
Young People and Professionals: Explore our opportunities to boost future employability through peer mentorship and work experience. Be the first to find out when applications open for young people aged 11-19 to give back to the community, supercharge their CV and develop skills for the workplace and get involved with our Youth Advocate Board!
Family fun and frolics will include local businesses such as Skreppa Horses, equine facilitated learning; our local celebrity - The Yoga Man; New Groove smashing out some moves; Heart Smart Arts; free arts and crafts activities and even more! This event offers something for everyone.
